What is Juni?
Fine jewelry with a health tracker inside. Each bracelet holds a small removable Charm that reads heart rate, HRV, skin temperature and your daily rhythm, and sends it to the Juni app on your phone. There's no screen on your wrist.
What does the Charm measure?
Heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), skin temperature and your daily rhythm (how your body settles or strains through the day). The app shows you the patterns; the Charm itself shows nothing.
What doesn't it do?
No notifications, no step counting, no screen, no buzzing. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor.
Which bracelets are there?
Three: The Cord (silk cord, sliding knot), The Beaded (pearls and stone on a stretch strand) and The Flex (a solid bangle in gold, silver or rose gold, with a watch-style or chain closure). Every bracelet includes a Charm, charger and pouch.
What are Bare, Cut and Lace?
The three Charm faces. Bare is polished metal and nothing else. Cut is clean geometry. Lace is engraved detail. You choose one when you reserve; the sensing inside is the same.
Can I move the Charm between bracelets?
Yes. The Charm lifts out and seats into any Juni bracelet in a few seconds. If you own two bracelets, one Charm can travel between them.
Can I get a second bracelet?
Yes. When your balance is due, before shipping, you'll be able to add a Cord ($79), Beaded ($99) or Flex ($129) for your Charm, shipped in the same box. The Charm isn't sold on its own.
How does reserving work?
Every reservation is one Charm plus one bracelet. You pay a $79 deposit now, which holds your place and locks today's price. About four weeks before shipping we invoice the balance (price minus $79), due within 14 days. Then we ship, free, anywhere in the US. See Reservation terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before your bracelet ships, for a full refund of everything you've paid. You can cancel your reservation online, or just email contact@thejunicollection.com with the subject ‘Cancel my reservation’ and the email you used to reserve. We refund within 5–10 business days.
When will it ship?
Our current estimate is February 2027. If that changes, we'll email you a new date before it passes, and you can keep your reservation or cancel for a full refund.
Is it waterproof?
The Charm is rated IP67: fine for hand-washing, rain and the shower. Take it off to swim. The bracelets are jewelry: silk cord and pearls last longest if they stay dry.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
About 5 days on a charge. It charges on the included magnetic charger in about an hour.
Which phones work with it?
iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and Android phones (Android 12 or later).
What sizes are there?
The Cord adjusts with a sliding knot. The Beaded stretches.
What's the warranty?
One year against defects on both the Charm and the bracelet. See Warranty for what's covered.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
