Every Juni bracelet and Charm is covered for one year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's covered

• The Charm: sensors, battery, charging, Bluetooth connection and housing that fail under normal use.
• The bracelet: cord, beads, band, clasp and the Charm mount, including plating or finish that fails under normal use.

What's not covered

• Water damage beyond the Charm's stated water-resistance rating of IP67.
• Loss or theft.
• Normal wear: scratches, scuffs, gradual fading of finish, stretching of cord, and the natural ageing of the battery.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, impact, chemicals (such as chlorine, perfume or cleaning products), or charging with a non-Juni charger.
• Repairs, resizing or modifications not done by Juni.

What we'll do

If your bracelet or Charm has a covered defect, we'll repair or replace the defective part free of charge, including shipping both ways. If a repair or replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the price you paid for it. Replacement parts are covered for the rest of the original warranty period.

How to make a claim

Email contact@thejunicollection.com with your order email, a short description of the problem and a photo or video if you can. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Your rights

This warranty is offered by Anoushka Koppineni, doing business as Juni, New York, NY. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the law of your state. Nothing in this warranty limits those rights.
