These terms apply when you use thejunicollection.com and the Juni app. By using them, you agree to these terms. Purchases and reservations are also covered by our Reservations & Terms of Sale.

Juni is a trading name of Anoushka Koppineni, New York, NY. Contact: contact@thejunicollection.com.

Not a medical device

The Juni Charm and app are designed for general wellness and personal insight. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated or cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Readings of heart rate, HRV, skin temperature and daily rhythm are estimates. Accuracy can be affected by fit, movement, skin tone, tattoos, temperature and other factors. Don't make medical decisions based on Juni data. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

Using the site and app

You agree not to misuse the site or app, including by trying to access them without permission, interfering with how they work, copying or reverse-engineering them, or using them for anything unlawful. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place a reservation, and at least 16 to use the app.

Your account and app

You're responsible for keeping your phone and any account details secure. We may update the app to fix bugs, add features or improve security. The app works on iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and Android (Android 12 or later).

Our content

The Juni name, logo, designs (including the Bare, Cut and Lace Charm faces), photos, text and software belong to Juni or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to share links to our pages.

Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colors, finishes and sizes may look slightly different on your screen, and pre-production images may differ from final products. Prices and availability can change; your reservation price is locked when you pay your deposit.

Disclaimers

The site and app are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties other than those in our Warranty, and we don't promise the site or app will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Juni is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, app or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, email customers. Changes don't apply retroactively to reservations already placed.
